EXPERIENCE

Robbie is an associate with D. G. Biddle and Associates Limited and has been working full time for the firm for 31 years. He is a licensed Professional Engineer and holds the designation of Consulting Engineer. Robbie is experienced in the detailed design of site servicing and grading and stormwater management for both public and private sector clients. Robbie has extensive experience working collaboratively with architects, planners, and consulting teams to advance projects on time and on budget.

WATER RESOURCES MANAGER – Robbie is responsible for the hydraulic, hydrological, water quality and stormwater management for a variety of private developments and government agencies. He has extensive experience in all aspects of municipal design including:

• Site plan development
• Site servicing & lot grading
• Residential / industrial subdivisions
• Erosion and sediment control
• Stormwater management in accordance with M.O.E. Design Criteria
• Flood hydrology and hydraulics
• Low Impact Development (LID) techniques
