Professional services provided include planning applications, design of municipal services (sanitary, storm and water), lot grade design, obtained approvals from the Region of Durham, Municipality of Clarington and Central Lake Ontario Conservation and construction administration.
BARCLAY ESTATES SUBDIVISION – PICKERING, ON.
D.G. Biddle & Associates provided design and construction administration for the rehabilitation of a tributary of Carruthers Creek through an exhausted gravel pit. This provided a naturalized backdrop for the surrounding 35 lot estate residential subdivision. Services provided also included planning applications, design of municipal services, approvals from the Region of Durham, City of Pickering, Toronto Region Conservation Authority, Ministry of Natural Resources and Department of Fisheries & Oceans and construction administration.
CHARING CROSS SUBDIVISION – OSHAWA, ON
D.G. Biddle & Associates provided hydrologic and hydraulic modelling for the re-alignment of Oshawa Creek Tributary in the Windfields Neighbourhood. This work included the design of a new high-span bridge crossing of the creek tributary at Arctic Red Drive, east of Bridle Road. Services provided also included planning applications for 235 new single family homes, medium density townhomes, a city park and possible school, including all engineering design, municipal approvals, and construction administration.

D.G. Biddle & Associates provided engineering design and construction administration of a storm water management facility to provide enhanced quality and quantity control. This facility services 93 new single family homes, 13 townhome blocks and possible school block.
