EXPERIENCE

Geoff is an associate with D. G. Biddle and Associates Limited and has been working full time for the firm since 2011. Geoff has previously worked for Durham Energy Specialist Limited and General Motors. He is a licensed Professional Engineer. Throughout his three years with the firm he has worked in many facets including mechanical inspector, CAD operator, engineering designer and Project Manager. Geoff is proficient in HVAC design and layout, domestic plumbing and drainage, indoor/outdoor power distribution and indoor/outdoor lighting (including photometrics). Over the past three years he has assumed the responsibility of Project Manager. He has built an excellent working rapport with both clientele and regional and municipal approval agency staff. Geoff has excellent time management skills and has learned to balance project coordination, while still completing the hands-on engineering design.

MECHANICAL & ELECTRICAL DESIGN ENGINEER- Geoff is responsible for overseeing and preparing the design of internal and external mechanical and electrical systems for both small and large scale projects including municipal and private developments. He has extensive experience in all aspects of mechanical and electrical design including:

• Sprinkler and cooking ventilation/suppression systems
• Street lighting and hydro servicing
• Indoor/outdoor lighting (including Photometrics)
• Indoor/outdoor power distribution and fire alarm systems
